We are happy to provide our customers with the option of tracking their packages from our store to your front door.
However, the only way to be able to track your product shipment is to select the UPS shipping method during checkout. If you choose the flat rate shipping, no tracking number will be provided.
There is no tracking on International Shipments.
Once your package(s) is registered with UPS, a tracking number is assigned.
To find your tracking number and your package...
- Click on the Your Account link at the top of any page on the webstore. There you will find all of your order(s) listed.
- Click on the Details button to the right of the order you want to track.
- You will be taken to an Order Details page where you can view the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, you will find a long string of numbers and letters. This is your UPS tracking number.
- If you click on the UPS tracking number link, you will be taken to the UPS track shipment page to view the location of your package.
