Can I pay using a debit card?
Yes, debit cards are processed in the same way as credit cards. Remember that when using either a credit or debit card, we require you to provide the 3 or 4-digit card code verification number located in the signature block on the back of the card.
What is the purpose of requiring the 3 or 4-digit card code verification number?
There is only one purpose to requiring the card code: extra security. It provides added security to our customers and to our company. It prevents both parties from becoming victims of fraud and the frustration of the complications that follow. More importantly, it protects our customers from identity theft by ensuring that the customer must physically possess the card in order to make a purchase.
Why is my email address required?
The e-mail address is a way for our customer service staff to contact you in case there are questions about your order(s). We have many international customers. The email address assures us that we will be able to contact any online customer.
Can I change my Email and Password?
This is a very quick and easy process. By clicking the Your Account link on the home page you will find many options to adjust, correct, or update your personal information.
How do I view my Order History?
You can access your Order History easily by following the link that reads Your Account from the homepage. You will be able to locate and view all the orders you have placed.
Can I ship a product to someone else?
Yes. During checkout you have the option of changing, adding, or editing the shipping address of your purchase. We want to provide our customers the option of purchasing products as gifts for friends and family across the globe.
How do I track my package?
We are happy to provide our customers with the option of tracking their packages from our store to your front door.

However, the only way to be able to track your product shipment is to select the UPS shipping method during checkout. If you choose the flat rate shipping, no tracking number will be provided.

There is no tracking on International Shipments.

Once your package(s) is registered with UPS, a tracking number is assigned.

To find your tracking number and your package...
  • Click on the Your Account link at the top of any page on the webstore. There you will find all of your order(s) listed.
  • Click on the Details button to the right of the order you want to track.
  • You will be taken to an Order Details page where you can view the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, you will find a long string of numbers and letters. This is your UPS tracking number.
  • If you click on the UPS tracking number link, you will be taken to the UPS track shipment page to view the location of your package.
How do I change the address for an order?
To change the shipping address of an order that has already been placed please call WebStore Customer Service at 1-800-488-0854.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Times Square Church utilizes UPS as our shipping provider. We are unable to send product orders to PO boxes.
Do you take international orders?
Times Square Church WebStore is happy to provide international shipping to several countries in North America, Europe, and Australia. Due to strict customs and shipping regulations in many countries, Times Square Church Webstore has limited its shipping range to the following:

How do I initiate a return or refund?
Please go to the Customer Service section of the Webstore. You will find a Return Request Form. Please fill out all fields and click the submit button. We will receive your request and fulfill any returns or refunds that meet our store requirements.


  • If you wish to return a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact the TSC WebStore within 20 days after the WebStore ship date received return receipt instructions. Please email us at
    store@tscnyc.org.


  • We must receive your returned item(s) within 30 days from the date of the WebStore shipment.
  • Items received after the 30-day deadline will not be considered for return.
  • Late Items will be shipped back to you.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging to receive a refund. This includes the shipping box, packaging materials and special product wraps and cases.
  • CDs that have been opened or removed from their original wrapping will not be refunded or exchanged unless they were received defective, cracked or severely scratched.
  • Upon receiving your phone call or email, TSC will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please attach this label to the box and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for TSC WebStore to process your refund or exchange.
